Food - much better taste and upon request team could cook and serve. Thank you.

Location - somewhere inside, corner building. Room - Bathroom has see through glass setting and no place to open the bathroom door. Ugly floor plan. We didnt see women/family for the first 2 days. At night lot of noise/disturbance from other guest rooms . Entire night people walking on floor talking loudly. Its not a good set up for family stay.

Not valiue for money ,not clean,staf not good ,everything is expensive

Receptionist was very kind

It was the worst experience I have ever had staying in a hotel. Not just because of the location, facilities, hygiene etc. I have paid the total amount of my stay through booking.com (confirmation mail of the booking & payment and credit card reciept in my hand) and I showed to the receptionist but the manager of the hotel at the phone accused me of not paying my stay by saying " How do we know that you have paid, I do not care about your stay, we do accept only cash, you can go find another hotel, if you have problem you can call booking.com, you can cancel your stay, if you want to stay you have to pay cash etc." Meanwhile receptionist who was a very kind local lady was trying to convince her manager that I have paid my stay by sending pics of confirmation mail & reciept. At the end receptionist has solved the problem !!! So if you dont want to be accused just for 40$ which have already paid, by such a genius disrespectful manager or whatever, I highly recommend you not to stay in this hotel. It is very easy to find cleaner and cheaper hotels in the city center.

The price. Thai people are friendly in general, so the staff was generally friendly.

Poorly maintained and things broken. Repairs were slipshod. WiFi was unreliable. People up all night and walls did not block noise from other rooms. Pool water was cloudy, not clear.

Nice room with the basic amenities. Clean bed sheets and towels. The staff were friendly.

There were nothing very important that I did not like. Maybe the lack of some amenities like hair dryer.

Inexpensive and OK location.

Not speaking cleanliness, but facility was not maintained well. Things broken were not fixed. WiFi was often not available. Staff were not service otiented, did not want to listen and did not care. No laundry or food service (although available on Main Street)

This must be one of the best places in town for that money. Clean and in great condition. Good restaurant and shop meters away.

It is a bit awkward to get to. You must use google maps or get lost, but its worth it.

It's well maintained. The staff are quite helpful and friendly. The pool is well maintained. Property description matches with the actual condition and services.

The location is quite interior. It's better to have your own mode of transportation. Also no kitchen at the property so you have to go out for lunch and dinner. Breakfast few options are available.

The reception staff is very unpolite and unprofessional. After check out, she force us to pay the breakfast. In the booking, we have included breakfast. We hope the hotel management remove this reception lady and replace a better customer service person.

Absolutely huge, huge room! Hotel was in a quiet area with plenty of space around the pool.

Cheater hotel 4 star hotel? Its so funny max 2 star 1.no sauna, have but so small and don't work they closed max for 2 people sauna and 5.floor but pool first floor, how I can go after sauna to pool? They Must be same place! 2. Its writing have gym but that no gym, just 2 gym machine again 5.floor and very bad area 3.Hotel has 15 WiFi nets but all doesn't work, I couldn't connect more from 2 min 4.All staff min 100 kg thats why all things so slow, same like receptionist girl, she just sit but check in 15 mn 5.bathroom design so so bad after shower cant use toilet because all floor its wet, they must seperate shower and toilet but they couldn't think that 6.location if you dont have bike you can't go there impossible so so far 7.Bed, that is not real bed and pillow all things about bed uncomfortable, quilt its for -20 degree, this is thailand 30degree, I can't sleep with that quilt, try to sleep probably you will be so so wet during the sleep 8.Room picture showing different one picture has 2 double bed and room little more big but real not same 9.swimmimg pool from picture look like olimpic pool but so small from picture 10. Lady is extra money, everything extra money, they wrote everywhere, if you do something wrong you must pay 11.I paid 1000 baht for what? For nothing, they just cheating me
